Flywheel for 440 '78 w-200 4sp

i recently purchased a 1978 w-200 the truck is a factory big block truck however it has a bad viberation around 2500-3000 rpm is there anyway to tell if the flywheel is possibly one out of a 400 without tearing down the truck. if so if anyone has a spare 440 flywheel please let me know
