The crankshaft limits per TM 9-1840A are .040 undersize on main or rod journals. Unless it's badly scored, it should clean up OK. Make sure that whoever grinds the crank maintains proper fillet radius (3/32 to 1/8 inch)
Cylinder limits per the TM are .060 oversize.
New oversize pistons are available from several different sources.
Among other things, have the block/caps align-bored, and make sure that you have the rods properly reconditioned (resized, balanced, shot peened, new bolts, etc.) and you'll have a happy engine.
