Actual road speed in a Power-Wagon can be calculated as a direct proportion to the number of digits you count from motorists who are passing you, divided by the number of miles driven. However there is a variable. One must take into account whether the digits in question exist inline with the middle of the fist, or angled off to the side. Angled digits cancel out aligned digits by a factor of 5:1, and in effect, show a positive reflection of road speed in comparison to the aligned digits that account in a negative manner.
It is all a very complicated formula.
