It is common that the Windows tilt a little when being rolled up. Minor chipping on the edges is also common. Check the tracks as suggested. Also check the rollers and their fit into the track to make sure that they are not loose. There should be springs on the rollers that will break or rust away. Make sure that the springs are there and in good shape. You can replace them. Make sure the window is tight in the lower bracket/track.
