Drag link springs

I recently took my drag link apart on my VF 401. Unfortunatly 1 of my springs is broken. I was hoping that a spring from a PW would work but the VF's is larger. Dave Horvath and I were talking and thought that a WF spring might fit? Is there anyone here that has access to a wf (I know alot of us have 2 wheel drive trucks as parts) If someone could give me a diameter measurment of the spring that would help a lot. Thanks
