You still have air in the system. Did you bench bleed the master cylinder first? I find that makes a huge difference, also I tap on the side of the master cylinder and it seems to help get a few extra bubbles out. As to bleeding , I swear there is still air in my system. I am going to try bleeding the system again, I am running a hydroboost and it is new to me but still feels a bit more squishy than I would expect.
I filed the top of mine and added a 3/32 spacer under the cap. Will wait a week or so and see if that fixes it or I need to rip it out.
