I used 1937 Dodge Panel doors on my carryall. They are barn door style. Width is perfect, from memory about 4 inches need to be cut off the bottoms and boxed. My Carryall even had the hinge deadmen inside the
rear posts on each side of the opening.

I doubt you will find complete upper and lower carryall tailgate doors.
