I've never been concerned about ratios, anydam thing is better than the OE caveman style box.

And I think the biggest ratio change is done by the length of the Pittman arm and steering arm.

And no, that is not my truck. It is in this sites Glovebox, as 'engine swap' or such. He used some linkage from an M37. And it probably leaves room for a vacuum booster master cyl in the OE place.
