55k. My friend supposedly bought it yesterday for more and they said they would call him and finish paperwork on it. They said they sold it for 55 to a guy that camped for 2 days at the site. Which they didn't list an address till 5am tho morning. Sounds fishy. Will be on eBay soon is my guess
