I know this is fairly well known trick but it always amazes when it works like it should. I had two bolts stuck in a manifold that hold the down pipe that were not wanting to move. I tried our shop favorite spray Justice Brothers Twice as Good that gets in tight threads 98% of the time. Didn't faze it so I got out the blue tipped wrench to heat up the manifold. After getting it cherry red I let it cool a bit to apply a crayon. While still warm I worked the bolt back and forth a little at a time until it turned out like it had new threads. The trick is not putting the wax on to soon or it goes up in smoke. BUT if it's just right it draws in like soldering copper pipe. Saved a huge headache had the bolts broken off. If you haven't tried this you owe it to yourself to give it a try.
