Signal Stat No. 400 signal switch Bulb?

Does anyone know what size/type bulb fits in my Signal stat No. 400 turn signal? On the end of the blinker arm there is a plastic cap, underneath is an area for a bulb. Can anyone help me with size and type for a bulb?
