Hello Steven,
a few things come to mind real quick that maybe caused by a hot soak.
if no vacuum leak was found - -
CTS reporting incorrect temp
O2s not switching
FI leaking with engine off
AIS hanging up
EVAP system - canister loaded with fuel or valves hanging up/not switching
AIR pump system valves not switching
You may need a scanner with bidirectional controls to do all the monitoring / testing
to get to the real issue.
