get it to the dealer, write it up, deliver the write up to the service manager. document everything. chrylser corporate WILL help you if you are organized and determined. do not just take it to the dealer and hope. unfortunately you must be your own advocate and prove to both chrysler and the dealer that you are not and will not be satisfied until you vehicle is perfect. a pizza for a job well done and a letter to the dealer owner and service manager go a long way if you get the help you need. switch dealers if you don't get the warm fuzzies...
