Cab is wrong, bed is home made so it might be an Ambulance

It would take an in person inspection to be sure, but the more I look at the details the more I think someone made themselves a PW.

I found a WC-53 with a 2wd cab roof added at the A pillar and a home made 4 pocket bed years ago. From a distance it looked just like a PW. This looks like a similar project.
