Protein in the morning for breakfast. Get a good protein powder mix with fruit, make a shake. Eat eggs and chicken. NO sugar, Sweets candy. When your hungry eat a small snack. Yogurt, cottage cheese. Lots of water. Don't wait till you have that starving feeling or you'll over eat. Stay away from breads and pasta potato's these are carbs that turn into sugars. NO gravy. Eat vegetables. N.O.
