Big problem in Dairies and Barns for animals. They have special electrical codes to help stop it. All metal must be connected/bonded together to a ground system. No bare grounds in the wiring so it is a insulated/isolated ground system back to the panel. Does not take much of a stray voltage to cause problems and they are hard to find sometimes in the system. Stock heaters like to short out inside the element and energize the water tank and it stops them from drinking water. Problems happen with just a few stray volts.
