...so I remember reading about the issues bringing the Yellow Sea tires over the Canada/US border. I understand the issue with not wanting things coming into the country that hurt the economy...even though there is no competing US product.
The question I have is why are all the other cheap Chinese tires still able to be imported? The Roadlux, Nankang & 25 other brands that are being sold at every commercial truck tire shop from WA to FL??
These tires, there are US products being manufactured & these are definitely hurting US sales.
If you talk to any US trucker...although the quality is inferior...they have taken over the US truck tire market & at $200/tire retail...how does Firestone or whoever compete with their $700 tire??
