You can use a small replaceable desiccant cartridge on your set up since you only need air to shift it. Then replace as necessary or change the desiccant out. I want mine to give me as much air as I want from the compressor. They want about $70.00 to $190.00 for the small units with jars to put the crystals in or a little cheaper for the throw away cartridge. Look on ebay for air dryer filter and you will see all the different types. I decided I would pay a little more for one that needed no real maintenance to use plus would not get damaged in severe cold weather when wet or a lot of moisture in it. I did not like the idea of twisting jars off holding the desiccant medium or draining water out before it froze.
