To answer your question as asked, my reply would be that Fords and Chevys would be the most used/converted etc. As evidence go to any auto store and parts are always available for Chev and usually fords. Mopar old iron, probably would require a wait while they ordered it.

And then as more evidence, look at aftermarket parts available for Ford and Chevy vs Mopar old iron.
