I sound proofed the inside of my complete 6x6 a while back. Today I decided to do the head liner over it. Bought closed cell 1/8" foam wide enough to go side to side and long enough to go from windshield to the floor behind the seat. I will cover the insulation board with it completely first. Then I bought Black open cell 3/16" foam backed headliner the same size to cover the closed foam cover that hides all the seams and gives a better sealing surface for the open foam headliner. I did my headliner on my PW and this seems to be easier to finish nice looking then using hard board and covering it like I did before.
This will finely finish the cab after the seat is covered with bare leather cow hide.
