Spam control - the good and the not so good

It looks like Cloudflare has contained the recent spam on the forum. In the past 24 hours it has stopped 86 spam attempts.

I'm hearing that the pages are loading slower than before, especially for people using dial-up modems.

Please let me know your experience.
