Steering Wheel Puller - Needed

Have decided to 'restore' the large cracks on all three spokes of my WM-300 Steering Wheel.

Is there anyone out there who would be willing to loan / rent the proper tool. I am willing to pay for shipping & insurance BOTH ways.

Looking forward to heaaing from a 'Trusting' fellow P-W Mechanic.
