Anyone have a master cylinder access Door?

I have a 1952 Dodge given to me if I removed it from our local Airport. It needs alot of work and alot of parts becasue it has definitly had the guts worked out of it at one point in time. I'm looking for a Brake access panel for it, as well as a rear wheel brake return spring Kit. Does anyone know where I can find panels and tailgates and things of that nature. Help would be greatly appreciated.
