If there is a Costco near you, they have a product named Oil Eater. It is made by the same company that makes Go-go Orange hand cleaner. It worked pretty good on 38 year old caked on grease and oil on my PW. You spray it on and let it sit a while (not long) and then I hit it with my pressure washer and it cleans it like new! I pressure washed for days without it, using mineral oil, thinner, gasoline, dynomite and nuclear waste. Nothing worked as good as the Oil Eater.
