It looks like a W500 to me, as indicated by the "25", the "8" would be for an 8 cylinder motor, the "1" means it came from the Warren, Mich. truck plant and the rest of the numbers should be the sequencial serial number. If you look at the home page for this forum and the 61-71 Sweptline site, the complete information on production numbers, VIN decoding and such should all be there.
