I went and looked at 4 or 5 of these, or something very similar, in Seattle 8 to 10 years ago. They were built for utility companies especially power transmission companies. All the ones that I saw were diesel powered. They have a fiber glass tilt front hood.fender assembly. I can not remember the roof. Kind of an interesting truck.
