I assume your TC is mounted on the truck and your using your levers.
1 - With both levers push forward, turning the input shaft should turh only the rear drive line yoke
2 - Pulling the TC left clutch lever back will engage the TC in high and turning the input shaft will turn both front and rear drive line yokes.
3 - Pulling the right lever back will increase the gearing and turning the input shaft will turn both front and rear drive line yokes at a slower rate.
Anything other than the above indicates a possible switch in rail forks (wrong fork on shift rail) and would require a tear down to correct the problem.
