All those bits are hard to get. Loose tailgates and liftgates are virtually impossible and normally mean buying another one for parts.
It's quite possible to rebuild the tailgate, but the liftgate is more difficult because the sheet metal is thinner. The rear body corners and roof are very easy to re-shape so I'd say it depended on whether the metal at the back was solid or rusted through. If it's solid but bent it'll fix.
