Spit rim replacements

Seeking any *credible* info on replacement options for 8 lug 16" split rims. Will newer F*rd 8 lugs fit? (Going on a 1968 W-200--CAMPER SPECIAL!!!)

I know Stockton wheel MAKES replacements to the tune of about $165 each but I don't own an oil well...yet.
