I don't want to sound rude but here is what I think. Buy a used 4WD truck of your choice that suits your needs.
An M-37 (of which I have had several and currently own 1) is a mechanic's special. It will really require the mechanic's touch after it is modified.
You will be money ahead and have much more useful driving pleasure if you get a decent used truck.
