At this point we have the backing of all of our allies and almost every other country on the globe. If we use nukes then we will alienate most of them. Also the nukes themselves will bite us, radiation doesn't go away. We have enough conventional military force to easily over run most countries in the world, but that won't get us very far either. We need to hunt these people down like the animals they are. When we pin down where they are strike quickly and viciously and not stop till we eliminate these organizations from the top to the bottom. We must be carefull not to inflame other groups that would be happy to take these peoples places in the "Holy War" against us.
