yes it did.
it was 80 in my shop truck was inside and temp of frame was 75 to 78 degrees.
i scaled frame scraped it.
i then washed it down with thinnners let it dry over night.
i did everything the directions said.
painted it and let it cure for a week then top coated it.
1 year later all flaked off.
k-mart sells herculiner that would make a good floormat. its on sale.
