If he is talking of Silikroil, it is a good product. We use it at the shop where I work. Though just like any penetrant, it must be allowed to sit and work for a bit. The can says you can order it direct from Kano laboratories, Nashville TN, 37211-9990. Phone (615)833-4101 or fax (615)833-5790.
