Sticky lifter

Last night when I got home from picking up a 413 for my W200 the 'ol 383 musta been mad at me! That Tacky-tacky-tacky noise coming from somewhere under the intake sounds like a stuck lifter to me. Any sugjestions as to un-stucking it? short of pulling the intake (I'm thinking of Marval mystry oil or somthing along these lines)

Any help would be apreceated.

Driving my wifes Saturn to work just isn't as much fun as my Crew Cab!
