Boy if it moves 3 inches it will take a ton of work out of the set up. My lever moves 3" and a little. With the sliding part I was going to add at the bottom I can adjust it from 3+ inches to 1" just raising and lowering the rod coming from the pedal up from the fulcrum point below. Problem is that rod pushes the master cylinder plunger and that only move around a inch. So in my mind I was trying to make sure I could do 1-3 or lower Ratio on my design. Wednesday I was going to pull the old set up off the truck and work on the rod part to see what it can move. Then I was going to mock up on plywood the same points I have on this set up and see what it takes to move it right on the levers. Easier than doing it with steel.
