Blame it on Utah. The low pressure has been stuck in Central Utah but is slowly moving on out. Sunshine here today, cold, no wind, and a fair amount of snow on the ground. Oh and one more thing Mark, at 125 lbs you had better bungee cord your self as well. ha ha
