2010 dodge 3500 diesel front end

guys. anyone have a line on grease-able front axle shaft u-joints? Dirtbag design has all u joints as permanently lubricated. the service manual and sticker on the radiator cover call for lubricating the front end at each service. hard to do when there no grease fittings? has anyone done a common sense upgrade to their front end, replacing lifetime parts with old fashioned grease fitting parts??
