Since Joe Cimoch has graciously agreed to establish a 24-hour old-fashioned cafe - The Power Wagon Diner - at his place, we're wondering if he'll be open for Thanksgiving dinner. As much as we'd like to be there, we understand that he might want to spend a little time with his family before the Diner gets really busy with holiday business...
