I had a junk passenger door w/ mechanism.
I had to transplant the 'lock' retainer tube into the drivers door. Then disassemble the little box that the mechanism is in, heat the whole box red hot, open it up flat, and re-fold inside out.
Your ign swith prob is easier, you just need the correct switch to put your key lock into, plus a starter and solenoid. Solenoid mount holes are one of the few changes to teh cab, the way they punch a dimple in, then thread it.
