Assuming that you wanted to straighten it, a good suspension (spring arching) shop has the tools to do so. The metal should be properly heated, straightened, and then annealed. Otherwise you stand a fair chance of developing stress cracks. In my opinion, if it can be properly adjusted for toe-in, it is probably OK - at least for now.
