231 bored .80 over

I talked to my machine shop owner today. He has had my 231 for over a year and is now close to returning it to me. All he is waiting for are new pistons from his supplier. He bored the cylinders to .080 over. I questioned him about over heating. He said had did many on the past for an airline service agency to .10 with no problems. I am still wondering about this.
