5 Speed for 1961 W500

I have this 1961 W500 which has been gnawed on a little. The engine was changed from the original flathead 251 to a 318 LA, and somebody put a 2 speed Brownie in as well behind the 4 speed tans.

How big of a deal is it to find an OD 5 speed for this truck? Would have to make a driveline, but could eliminate the Brownie. Any thoughts on this?
