1952 School Bus restoration

Recently started this restoration project, its going to keep its original 251 spitfire, installing 489 gears, and changing interior to more of a party bus setting. The color is unknown at this time. Our first trip was a rally in Port A in 2000. This is the 4th wagon i have done out of the 15 i have. Looking for any ideas or suggestions that anyone might have one this one. Thanks
