Thanks Jerry. Nope not an optical illusion, they are smaller than the front tires. The duals are 9.00r16, the fronts are 11.00r16. I was just fitting the duals, trying to make them work.
The garage isn't clean, it's actually a mess, stuff piled everywhere. LOL :)
