It was a Good Thing with my 110v toy. But if you have a 220 machine, you can probably do without all that spatter.
And shield the wind all you can. The flux works because it makes it's own CO2, as well as a liquid membrane.
Hint for wannabes like me- Do some test welds. Always. Try all your options.
