1966 Dodge W series short box stepside

My wife just inherited her Dad's dodge truck. It is actually a 66,318 ci, 4wd (8 lug axle), short box stepside truck. Everything is factory on this truck as far as I know. Been recently frame off rebuilt, repainted. These seem to be fairly rare in this particular configuration. I'm looking for some more info on it. See if there is a "know all" dodge truck book for these, and maybe an approximate value we can get for insurance purposes.

Can you good folks help point me in a good direction?
