OT, A first for me today on ebay

I won a part on ebay and the shipping was listed at $9.50 not bad for what I got. I payed for it right away. About an hour later I get a notice from ebay that I had been refunded 3.00 from the seller. The seller messaged me and said that I was close so shipping was less. I had no problem with his shipping charges and then to get 3 bucks back is pretty darn cool of him and I told him so.
