Hardest part of this setup is modifying the motor arm. The length determines your sweep angle, and so length is important. This was before I got a TIG so it's pretty ugly but it works.
Assembly is tricky since you have to reach through the header to attach the motor and the arm essentially blind, and you need the arm in a specific position to get the right part position, but once it's in.
If I were doing it again I'd probably make a removable panel that held the motor vice mounting the motor through the panel. I did reinforce the header panel where the motor mounts to prevent it from wallowing out the mounting holes or twisting the metal over time, this thing does have some torque!
