If a marriage has to exist before a divorce can occur, and transfer cases were NEVER "married" to the transmission in the early conception of four wheel drives, then why are all the original type transfer cases not referred to as "unmarried" instead of "divorced"?
This is sort of like "frame off" restoration. Isn't it really "body off"?
And then there is the fact that our trucks have a "rear end", so how does the front drive axle become a "front rear end"? Why not just a "front end"?
