Vaughn, what page on TM 9-2800?

This also might be an issue of Dodge naming something based on one convention and the military deciding to indicate that designation means something else. Otherwise the VCs don't make any sense. The VC-1 to VC-6 are the precursors to the WC-1 etc and yet you can't use the explanation you have to explain VC-1.

This is a tricky bit of trivia and it's hard to get good answers backed up with factory data. Does anyone have the new Dodge military 2 book set and can see if those books says anything on the subject?
